This week we are getting spicy with our summer style and channeling our inner JLO on a sizzling day in Miami. With the unfortunate current state of the world, we are keeping travel to a minimum, but that doesn't mean we can't dream of carefree vacationing. We start our look with a print that is as easily associated with fashion as sunshine is with summertime. These shorts from the Versace's legendary house are steeped in opulence (and are 30% off!). This high-waisted style in white silk features the label's signature golden Baroque motifs. Letting the iconic print have the spotlight, we added a simple yet chic cotton-jersey top by Isabel Marant. Keeping the Versace love flowing with our footwear, we paired up our stylish separates with these safety pin square toe sandals. The striking safety pin adornment was made famous by the brand in the '90s and still holds strong today. To bring out those delicious shades of golden yellow found on the shorts, we opted for this trendy trapeze bag by Givenchy, as well as a touch of Laura Mercier's Stick Eye Color. Last but certainly not least, we topped off this head-turning ensemble with polarized cat-eye sunglasses also by Versace. As we patiently wait for COVID to exit, there's no harm in planning a "Brocade Parade" when we can finally dress up for fun again.
