Self-care is nothing new, but finding the time for it is.  In a world that is laced with long lists of to-dos, it’s hard to find time for yourself. Massage Envy makes it more accommodating with 5 area locations and open seven days a week.  The extended hours and nationwide membership services make booking simplified.

Recently, I had the pleasure of carving some ‘me’ time into my schedule and enjoy a massage service at one of the Louisville locations. I was happy to learn Massage Envy was more than a national spa franchise.  I was greeted by a friendly sales associate and modern, serene decor.  I could tell that the quality was not sacrificed when visiting Massage Envy.  “We customize every session to meet the client’s needs.  Making massages a part of your regular schedule doesn’t have to be expensive,” says Vicki Goldberg, owner of St. Mathews location.  A new client can benefit from a quality 50 min hands-on service starting at $55.  Each location offers premier facial services as well with luxury skincare lines like Obagi and CyMe.

A regular massage routine can help some chronic issues. “Pain associated with tight or knotted muscles or relieve stress are just a few advantages of massages,” says Marcia Cotner, owner of Middletown location.  Massage Envy has newly added features such as assisted stretch and rapid tension relief.  The assisted stretch can be added onto any massage service as a prep for massage or used to increase mobility and flexibility.  Rapid tension relief uses rapid vibration movement that targets more severe muscle pain and can be used on 11 different areas of the body.

Quality self-care, customizable experience with state-licensed professionals, that’s what you’ll find at all Louisville area locations.  Taking time for yourself doesn’t have to wait.
