Francesco Cambria from Cottanera Winery was awarded "Wine Maker of the Year" by Cambero Rosso!

Wine Expert David Dubou from Indigenous Selections will present 5 extraordinary wines from the five different contrade of the northern slope of Mt. Etna reflecting the sandy volcanic terroir, paired with Chef Patrick Gosden's Menu of Specialties from Sicily (see attached Menu.)

The Reception features the Etna Rosato served with Antipasti Siciliani. Dinner begins with the Bianco "Barbazzale" served with Pasta alla Norma, followed by the Etna Rosso "Contrada Diciasettesalme" with a traditional Tuna dish from Palermo and the Sicilian Caponata. For the Entrée, a Ham- and Sausage-Stuffed Veal Roulade with Marsala Sauce is paired with the Etna Rosso "Contrada Feudo di Mezzo". And finally, a dish of Primo Sale, a tricolor Sicilian Sheep Milk Cheese with an Arugula, Pistachio and Blood Orange Salad is served with the Etna Rosso "Barbazzale".

The Cottanera Etna Wine Dinner is $79 per person plus tax & gratuity.
