Biscuit Belly is a chef-driven, fast-casual breakfast spot inspired by the biscuit sandwiches our owner, Chad grew up eating at mom-and-pop shacks in his home state of Georgia.
Located in downtown Louisville, Kentucky, we serve breakfast and brunch 7 days a week and our menu features a hearty selection of scratch-made biscuit sandwiches and other southern breakfast fare—with a twist. Our spins on classics include: chocolate gravy, coffee-braised brisket and smoked-gouda mornay sauce.
Every dish is made to order with fresh ingredients sourced from local purveyors. We offer house-smoked meats as well as tastebud-titillating vegetarian and gluten-free options. We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive environment where southern hospitality reigns supreme and everyone is welcome.
