The Carnegie Center for Art and History presents Donnett & Turner, an exhibition of work by Nathaniel Donnett (Houston, TX), and Vadis Turner (Nashville, TN) . The exhibition opens Friday, October 5 with a special curator’s talk with the artists at 5:30pm for Carnegie Center members, and a reception open to the public from 6:00 to 8:00pm. The exhibition continues through December 1, 2018. The South presents a good place to begin an examination of the work being done by these artists, though the narratives they share go well beyond a collection of States below the Mason-Dixon line.
